Melissa Tempel,she/her/ella, at Rainbowland Action Initiative LLC is dedicated to speaking up and advocating for students. 

In public school districts all over the country conservatives have taken over our public school boards. These boards are passing harmful, exclusive, and racist district policies. Rainbowland Action Initiative LLC is committed to working with parents, caregivers, and community members to make sure our public schools are an inclusive and supportive place for all students and their families.

Students cannot learn if they don't feel safe, welcome, and seen at school. Rainbowland Action Initiative LLC has over 20 years of experience creating courses, workshops, and curriculum that supports educators as they reflect on their practice and affirms students by acknowledging how their identifies and lived experiences intersect.
